What does this integration do?

The Feedback Form integration takes responses from one of your ProofBeer forms and shows them as reviews. Each response becomes a review card with a reviewer name, a star rating and a comment.

  • No need to copy and paste feedback by hand.

  • New responses can be synced automatically.

  • Ideal for collecting testimonials directly from your customers.

Before you begin

  • Create and publish a form under My Forms.

  • Include a question for the customer name, a star rating question and a comment question.

  • Collect at least a few responses.

How to connect a form

  1. Open Integrations and click Add Connection.

  2. Select Feedback Form.

  3. In Select Feedback Form, choose the form you want to use. The number of available forms is shown on the right.

  4. Type a descriptive Integration Name, for example Website Feedback Reviews.

  5. Click Save Connection.

Map your form questions

After connecting, tell ProofBeer which question provides each part of the review.

  1. Select your new connection in the left panel.

  2. Click Field Mapping.

  3. Choose the question for Reviewer Name.

  4. Choose the question for Star Rating (1-5).

  5. Choose the question for Review Text / Comment.

  6. Click Save Field Mapping & Sync.

Use case

An online academy sends a feedback form to students after each course. Students rate their experience and explain why they joined. The academy connects the form, maps the questions and shows the best answers in a Carousel Slider on its sign-up page.

Tips

  • Use a clear star rating question so the rating maps correctly.

  • Ask an open question such as What did you like most? for the review text.

  • Click Sync Now after mapping to import the latest responses.

Frequently asked questions

Why are my reviews empty or odd?

Check Field Mapping. A wrong question mapped to the review text can show unexpected content.

Do I need to map fields again after editing the form?

If you change or add questions, open Field Mapping and confirm the selections.
