What are review integrations?

An integration (also called a connection) brings reviews into ProofBeer from another place. Once connected, those reviews can be approved, pinned and displayed in your review widgets.

  • Collect reviews from several places in one dashboard.

  • Show them together in a single widget.

  • Keep your website reviews up to date automatically.

Available platforms

  • Feedback Form: turn answers from your own ProofBeer forms into reviews.

  • Google My Business: sign in with Google to import reviews from your business profile.

  • Google Places: import public Google reviews using a Place ID.

  • Zapier: send reviews from thousands of apps using a webhook.

  • CSV Import: upload a spreadsheet of reviews you already have.

  • Custom Webhook: send reviews from your own system, script or CRM.

These platforms are in development: Facebook, Instagram, Trustpilot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Yelp and Product Hunt.

How to add a connection

  1. Click Integrations in the left menu.

  2. Click Add Connection.

  3. Choose a platform in the Select Integration Platform window.

  4. Enter an Integration Name and complete the platform details.

  5. Click Save Connection.

The Integrations page

  • Left panel: all your connections with their platform, connection status, last sync time and an on/off switch.

  • Right panel: details of the selected connection, including Status, Total Reviews, Avg. Rating and Last Synced.

  • Action buttons: Sync Now, Field Mapping, Edit and Delete.

  • Review list: every imported review with its rating, sentiment and moderation controls.

Tips

  • Give each connection a descriptive name, such as Website Feedback or Store Google Reviews.

  • Start with one source and add more later.

  • Use the on/off switch to pause a source without deleting it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect more than one source?

Yes. Add as many connections as you need and choose them in each widget.

Why do I not see my platform?

It may be on the coming soon list. Use CSV Import or Custom Webhook in the meantime.
