What does the Analytics page show?

Analytics turns your form activity into simple numbers and charts so you can see what is working.

  • How many responses you receive over time.

  • Which forms perform best.

  • How visitors move through a form, from start to finish.

  • Which questions cause visitors to leave.

Choose a form and a time range

  • Use the form selector at the top left to view All Forms or one single form.

  • Use Today, This Week or This Month at the top right to change the period.

  • Every card and chart updates instantly.

Summary cards

  • Responses: total completed form responses, with sentiment data when available.

  • Abandoned Sessions: incomplete sessions and the drop-off rate. Click Review abandoned data for details.

  • Completion Rate: completed versus abandoned sessions as a percentage.

  • Total Forms: how many forms are configured in the workspace. Click Manage forms to open My Forms.

Response Trend

A chart of completed responses over the selected period. Use it to spot busy days, the effect of a campaign or a sudden drop.

Top Forms by Responses

A ranking of your forms by number of responses. It shows which forms bring in the most feedback.

Session Funnel

The funnel shows how visitors progress through your form in the selected period.

  • Sessions Started: everyone who opened the form and began.

  • Abandoned: visitors who left before submitting.

  • Completed: visitors who submitted the form.

Top Drop-off Questions

Select a specific form to see which questions visitors abandon most often.

  1. Open the form selector at the top of Analytics.

  2. Choose the form you want to inspect.

  3. Scroll to Top Drop-off Questions.

  4. Edit the questions that lose the most visitors.

How to act on your analytics

  • If completion is low, shorten the form or reorder the questions.

  • If one form dominates responses, reuse its style for other forms.

  • If a campaign boosts the trend, repeat what worked.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Top Drop-off Questions ask me to select a form?

Drop-off is measured per question, so it needs one specific form.

Why are my charts empty?

There are no responses in the chosen period. Try This Week or This Month.
