Before you begin
Connect at least one review source under Integrations.
Make sure your reviews are approved so they can appear in the widget.
Decide which layout fits your page. See Choosing the Right Review Widget.
Create a new widget
Click Review Widgets in the left menu.
Pick a layout and click Get Started. If you already have widgets of that layout, the button says Manage Widgets.
Click Create New Widget at the top right.
In the Sources tab, tick the review sources you want to show.
Adjust the look in the Header, Layout, Post and Style tabs.
Click Save in the top right corner.
Your widgets list
After saving, your widgets appear in a table. For each widget you can see:
Widget Name and its unique ID.
Embed Code: click Copy Embed Code to copy it instantly.
Data Sources: how many review sources feed the widget.
Created: the date the widget was made.
Status: switch the toggle to turn the widget on or off.
Actions: Configure to edit, or the red bin icon to delete.

Install the widget on your website
Open your widget with Configure.
Click Install at the top of the page. The Install & Share Widget window opens.
Copy the Iframe Embed Code with Copy Iframe Code.
Paste the code into your website where you want the reviews to appear.
Publish your page and refresh it to see the widget live.

Three ways to share your widget
Iframe Embed Code: paste it into WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or any custom website.
Direct URL: a standalone link you can open in a new tab or share with your team.
QR Code: scan it with a phone camera to preview the widget on mobile. You can copy the link or download the QR image.
Tips
Set the iframe width to 100% so the widget fits any screen size.
Check the preview in desktop, tablet and mobile sizes before installing.
Keep the status Active, or the widget will not show to visitors.
Frequently asked questions
My widget shows no reviews.
Check that a source is ticked in the Sources tab, the source has approved reviews, and the widget status is Active.
Do I need to update the code when I get new reviews?
No. The embed code stays the same and the widget updates automatically.
Can I turn a widget off temporarily?
Yes. Use the status toggle in the widgets list or set the status to Inactive in the editor.
