What is ProofBeer?

ProofBeer has two products in one dashboard. You can use either one on its own, or both together.

• Feedback Product: build forms, collect responses, see where visitors drop off and get AI-analysed sentiment.

• Reviews Product: import reviews from your forms, Google and other sources, then show them on your website with ready-made widgets.

• Dashboard: a snapshot of today, this week or this month.

• My Forms: create and manage your forms.

• Responses: every submitted response, with filters and CSV export.

• Abandoned Data: people who started a form but did not finish it.

• Analytics: trends, top forms and drop-off questions.

Reviews Product

• Review Widgets: choose a layout to show your reviews on your website.

• Integrations: connect a review source and manage the reviews you import.

Quick start in 5 steps

1. Open My Forms and click Create New Form.

2. Build your form and publish it.

3. Share the form link or embed it on your website, then watch responses arrive under Responses.

4. Open Integrations, click Add Connection and connect your form (or Google) as a review source.

5. Open Review Widgets, pick a layout, create a widget and click Install to put it on your site.

Key terms to know

• Workspace: a separate space with its own forms, responses and reviews. Use one per brand or client.

• Form: a questionnaire or feedback form that you publish and share with visitors.

• Response: a completed form submission. ProofBeer labels each one with an AI sentiment: positive, neutral or negative.

• Abandoned session: a visitor who started a form but left before submitting.

• Connection: a review source, such as one of your forms or a Google listing, that feeds the Reviews Product.

• Widget: a ready-made layout that displays your approved reviews on your website.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a developer to use ProofBeer?

No. Forms are built in the dashboard and widgets are added to your website by pasting an embed code.

Why do all my numbers show 0?

Either no one has submitted a form in the selected time range, or you are viewing a different workspace. Switch the range to This Month and check the workspace selector at the top of the left menu.

How do I get support?

Click the chat bubble at the bottom right of the dashboard and our team will reply as soon as possible.
