What is the dashboard?

The Dashboard is the home page of ProofBeer. It gives you a quick health check of your forms without opening each one.

  • See how many people responded today, this week or this month.

  • Spot forms where visitors are leaving before they finish.

  • Understand the mood of your customers through AI sentiment.

Choose a time range

Use the buttons at the top right of the page. Every card, chart and table updates to match.

  • Today: activity since midnight.

  • This Week: the current week so far.

  • This Month: the current month so far.

The four summary cards

  • Responses: the number of completed submissions in the selected range, with a split of Positive, Neutral and Negative responses. Click View all responses to open the full list.

  • Abandoned Sessions: visitors who started a form but left. The drop-off rate shows what share of visitors did not finish. Click Review abandoned data for details.

  • Completion Rate: the percentage of started forms that were completed, shown with the completed and abandoned counts and a progress bar.

  • Total Forms: all forms in the workspace, counted across all time, split into Active and Draft/Archived. Click Manage forms to open My Forms.

Sentiment Breakdown

Every response is analysed by AI and tagged with a sentiment. This section shows how your responses split across those tags for the selected range.

  • Positive: happy customers and good feedback.

  • Neutral: feedback that is balanced or has no strong feeling either way.

  • Negative: unhappy customers who need attention.

If you see No responses in this period yet, try a longer time range.

Recent Responses

A table of the latest submissions across all your forms.

  • Form: which form was submitted.

  • Respondent: who submitted it.

  • Sentiment: the AI-detected tag.

  • Submitted: when it arrived.

  • Actions: open the response for details.

Click View All to go to the Responses page.

Recent Abandoned Records

The latest incomplete sessions, so you can see where people stop.

  • Visitor: the anonymous visitor who started the form.

  • Form: which form they were filling in.

  • Fields Answered: how far they got.

  • Started: when they began.

Tips

  • Check the dashboard once a day to catch negative sentiment early.

  • A low completion rate usually means a form is too long. Review it under Analytics.

  • Use This Month to see trends instead of a single day.

Frequently asked questions

Why are all my numbers 0?

No one has submitted a form in the selected range, or you are in a different workspace. Try This Month and check the workspace selector.

Is Total Forms affected by the time range?

No. Total Forms always shows every form in the workspace.
