What is a workspace?
A workspace is a separate container for your work in ProofBeer. Everything inside it is kept apart from your other workspaces.
Forms you create belong to one workspace only.
Responses and abandoned sessions are collected per workspace.
Analytics and sentiment only reflect the workspace you are viewing.
Review connections and widgets are set up per workspace.
When should I create more than one workspace?
You run several brands or websites and want separate feedback for each.
You are an agency or freelancer managing multiple clients.
You want a safe space to test forms before using them on a live website.
How to switch workspace
Look at the top of the left menu, under WORKSPACE.
Click the dropdown to see all your workspaces.
Select the workspace you want to open.
The dashboard reloads and shows only the data for that workspace.
How to create or edit workspaces
Open the same workspace dropdown.
Choose Manage Workspace at the bottom of the list.
Add a new workspace or update an existing one from the page that opens.
Tips
Give workspaces clear names such as the brand or client name so they are easy to tell apart.
If a page looks empty, check the workspace selector first. Your data is probably in another workspace.
Your account name and plan are always shown at the bottom left of the menu.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move a form to another workspace?
Forms stay in the workspace where they were created. Recreate the form in the new workspace if you need it there.
Why do I see 0 forms?
The selected workspace has no forms yet. Switch workspace or click Create New Form in My Forms.
Is data shared between workspaces?
No. Forms, responses, analytics and reviews are never mixed between workspaces.
